Shipping Policy:

• La Grange Smokehouse will make every effort to use the lowest shipping rate UPS offers while providing for the type of shipment made.
  Example:  A customer orders items that require refrigeration, therefore must arrive within 2 days, going to Baton Rouge, LA. On the website the customer selects 2nd Day service from UPS, however Baton Rouge is a 2 day guaranteed ground. La Grange Smokehouse will ship the item via UPS Ground.
• La Grange Smokehouse is not responsible for any package once it has been recieved by the shipping company.
• Items will be shipped to avoid your items being held over the weekend.
  Example:  2 day Ground service can be shipped Mon-Wed, Next Day can be shipped Mon-Thur.
• We cannot guarantee that items will be shipped the day they are ordered, we will make every effort to get all orders out as timely as we can.
• We ship mostly by UPS, UPS will not deliver to a PO, FPO, or APO. La Grange Smokehouse can ship dried meats and goods to an APO/FPO via the US Post Office. Ask about our military discounts.
